Topsey Turvey’s

Oh the things you can grow in a Topsy Turvey. Tomatoes, herbs, cucumbers, and bikinis! At least that is what Alex (5 1/2 yrs) told us. I think, and I could be wrong here, that he means zucchinis.

Bon Jovi

We just got back from taking Andrew (13 1/2)  & Austin (11) to school. When I say we I mean Alex (5 1/2), Maddox (2 1/2) & I. On the way there we were listening to my favorite band of all time – Bon Jovi. Andrew, being the annoying teen that he is, doesn’t like Bon Jovi at all.

Alex – Bub, do you hate Mom?
Andrew – No
Alex – Do you hate Bon Jovi?
Andrew – Yes
Alex – Well then you hate Mom!

My little Maddox is nothing but trouble. Well he is 2 years 7 months, so that is what he is supposed to be right? I have a clear jar full of Pee Pee M&M’s. What, you don’t have Pee Pee M&M’s at your house? Well they are M&M’s that you get when you go Pee Pee in the potty. Maddox is so anti potty that it isn’t funny. He loves the idea of M&M’s, but not the potty. So what do I find? He is pulling a chair up to the table to get the M&M’s. Might not sound so special, but he is my 4th boy, and the first to realize that a chair will help him reach any and everything he wants!

Today Alex (5 1/2 years) asked me if guys (Andrew & Austin) have school tomorrow. When I replied with yes Alex told me “That sucks”. He is only 5! How does he already know that school sucks???

And last, but not least, I have to say that watching Alex do push-ups on the Wii Fit hast to be the most fun I have had in a very long time!
